Improving Scenario Methodology: Theory and Practice


14 – 15 December 2015 

Warwick Business School, Coventry

Following a very successful event at the Shell Centre, London in June of this year, this two day event will feature presentations and discussion about latest developments in academic research and practice relating to scenario analysis. It will feature speakers from a number of leading corporate practitioners of strategic foresight, as well as top academic researchers in this field.

One such speaker will be Professor Peter McKiernan, Dean of the Faculty of Management and Governance at Murdoch University in Perth (WA) and Professor of Management at Strathclyde Business School, Glasgow, Scotland.

Call for Papers for a special issue 
journal ‘Technological Forecasting and Social Change’.

This call for papers for the special issue is underpinned by the upcoming conference above.
We invite papers that focus on the scenario method in its widest sense, that document the current status of its application and use, and that analyse its future potential and prospects.

        -  The registration fee of £200.00 includes beverages during breaks, lunches and the conference dinner.
        -  There are ten discounted places available for PhD students at the fee of £100.00 (incl. VAT).

            Complete the registration process, selecting "request an invoice" on the payment section. 
            Email Scenario2015@wbs.ac.uk to advise you have registered and wish to be considered for the reduced
            PhD student rate. You will be advised as soon as possible if your application is successful.

Accommodation:
Participants may book accommodation on campus in one of WBS award winning conference centres.
Radcliffe House or Scarman House  are closest to the Conference venue. Search for availability here .
