Analytics Network are hosting a CAP Launch event in February 2018. Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) is the premier global professional certification for analytics practitioners. The exam based qualification allows professionals to showcase credibility, enhance their skillset and open doors to new opportunities. 

INFORMS is the first professional body society to develop a certification programme for analytics professionals. Earning the CAP credential requires meeting eligibility and adhering to agreed upon standards for the profession.  Members of The OR Society are able to take the examination at a discounted price

This event will host speakers including Nadine Keane (Dunne Stores) who will be sharing her experience of CAP and the benefits it provides. 

We also welcome Anna Kobylinska (EY) who will be giving a talk on 'EY Cash Analytics'

Building on the successful workshop held in February 2016, The Centre for Environmental Policy (CEP) at Imperial College London has teamed up with specialists from the Warwick University, London School of Economics, Lancaster University, E3G, UK Government and Atkins and is hosting a workshop to develop a better understanding as to what Decision Makers want from the Analytical Community to make better decisions under uncertainty. The workshop will form the basis of an ongoing network which will seek to build a value proposition around Decision Makers and the User Community.  Attendance at the workshop will assist in the shaping of that value proposition.

  • Investment horizon decision making under policy (Brexit) uncertainty
