Lancaster University

The STOR-i Centre for Doctoral Training at Lancaster University, a joint venture between the departments of Mathematics and Statistics and Management Science, offers a four-year PhD programme in Statistics and Operational Research (STOR) developed and delivered with industrial partners. STOR-i is one of a new generation of Centres for Doctoral Training awarded by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) which will fund 60 students entering the Centre's doctoral programme from 2014. STOR-i was established in 2010 and has built an international reputation for the quality of its research training at the interface of statistics and OR with industry.
