Conference Fees -
The standard delegate registration fee includes attendance at all conference sessions, a copy of the Conference Handbook and Proceedings, plus lunches and mid-session teas and coffees. Whole-conference Student registration fees are for student members of the OR Society. Retired Members of the OR Society enjoy the same low rates as Student Members, however, please be aware that there are a limited number of places available.

Accommodation Information and Rates
All rooms are Ensuite. Delegate accommodation fees include bed, full English breakfast, evening meal or conference dinner and any evening social events.
Single Occupancy Accommodation fees are £85.00 + VAT per night.
Double Occupancy Accommodation fees for 2 Delegates sharing a room are £100.00 + VAT per night.
Double Occupancy Accommodation fees for 1 Delegate + 1 guest, (i.e. someone not attending any sessions each day), sharing a room are £100 + VAT per night plus £50 + VAT per day for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the guest. See rates below.
Meals for guests and those not requiring accommodation, are charged as follows:-
Breakfast £8.00 + VAT, lunch £15.00 + VAT and evening meal (or conference dinner), £27.00 + VAT. All are per person per day.
Booking and Payment
Booking and payment is now available securely online. Payment should be made using Mastercard, Visa, Maestro or JCB.
