Stream Definition
Contributions are welcome on all topics related to stochastic inventory control including, but not limited to,
- demand uncertainty
- supply uncertainty
- supplier lead-time uncertainty
- capacitated inventory systems
- multi-echelon inventory systems
- service level oriented approaches to stochastic inventory control
- inventory control for perishable products
- integration of risk management in inventory control
- integration of quality control in inventory systems
works that apply sample based optimization approaches to any of the above problems are especially welcome.
