OR59 - Info for Stream Organisers, Presenters, Keynote Speakers and Poster Presenters

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

It is not compulsory to produce a full paper in order to present at the conference.
The OR Society are sorry but they are unable to pay for Keynote speakers to attend the conference.  

Please read the information below. Stream Organisers should also read the Information for Presenters and Keynote Speakers, below.

Please find below Information for Presenters. This should also be read by Stream Organisers.

Poster Presentations

Please find below Information for Poster presentations.

  • Existing authors at OR59 can send a poster of their existing title and abstract up until end of August.  These authors will already by registered and paid to attend.
  • New poster submissions, authors need to submit a title and abstract via the website by no later than 18 August (if they want to be included in the conference handbook).  These authors will need to register and pay to attend.

Remember to :

  • submit your Poster Title and Abstract (max of 300 words),  to the POSTERS  stream.
  • bring a printed copy of the poster(s) and poster fasteners (such as Velcro).
  • register and pay online via the OR59 website to attend and present your Poster.
  • If you would like your poster printed for you - send an Adobe Acrobat .pdf file to Hanjing Zhang and Tatiana Gherman by no later than 31st August 2017. No other type of file will be acceptable. The poster (1 copy only), will be printed on normal photocopy paper (laminated copies are not available). There will be no charge for this printing.
