OR60 - Info for Stream Organisers, Presenters, Keynote Speakers and Poster Presenters

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

It is not compulsory to produce a full paper in order to present at the conference.
The OR Society are sorry but they are unable to pay for Keynote speakers to attend the conference.

Please find below Information for Presenters. This should also be read by Stream Organisers.

Poster Presentations

At OR60 we have two poster streams:-

           Healthcare Applications Posters
           Posters Non-Healthcare Topics

Only one poster per stream should be submitted and no healthcare posters should be submitted to the non-healthcare stream.

Remember to :

  • Submit a Title and Abstract (150 words max.) to either the
                     Healthcare Applications Poster stream or the
                     Posters Non-Healthcare Topics stream

                via the OR60 website at: http://www.theorsociety.com/Pages/Conferences/OR60/OR60Abstract.aspx

                Deadline for submission of title and abstract is no later than 31 July 2018.
                (Please note: the reduced registration rate is only available up to 30th June 2018.)


  • When your poster has been ‘Accepted’, register and pay online via the OR60 Registration screen link below, to attend and present your Poster.  http://www.theorsociety.com/Pages/Conferences/OR60/OR60Booking.aspx
  • Be sure to bring a printed copy of your poster and poster fasteners (such as Velcro) with you to the conference.
  • If you wish to take your poster home, bring something that you can carry it in.

Keynote Speakers
