Submission Deadlines and Instructions

DEADLINES:

15 November 2013 (extended deadline): Submit electronically contributed papers not previously published or presented.
10 January 2014: Contributors will be notified whether or not their paper has been accepted.   
14 February 2014: Authors provide the final manuscript for inclusion in the conference proceedings. These should be in the format required for the conference.

14 February 2014: Deadline for Practitioner Case Studies title and abstract submission.
14 February 2014: Submit poster title and abstract of 150 words.  These should be submitted using the electronic submission form for full contributed papers. 

Practitioner Case Study and Poster abstracts will be published in the conference handbook and should follow the Workshop Author Guidelines above.
Submission implies that an author will register and pay to attend the conference. 

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP ONE
If you wish to present a Paper or Poster at our SW14 conference, please record your intent to do so as soon as possible by adding the Title of your presentation and a brief abstract (no more than 150 words), to our website here (or from the SW14 Home page clicking the heading on the left entitled - Title and Abstract – Submission/Status/Edit).

If you wish to present a Practitioner Case Study at our SW14 conference, please do so as soon as possible by adding the Title and a brief abstract (no more than 300 words), to our website here (or from the SW14 Home page clicking the heading on the left entitled - Title and Abstract – Submission/Status/Edit).

If your title and abstract change after submission, please log back in to amend and re-save.

STEP TWO
Submit your full paper by 15 November 2013 using the following Easy Chair software link -  https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=sw14 .  All full papers should be submitted via this link.

Each submission must be a 4-10 page paper (3-5 pages for the Simulation in Practice Stream), including an abstract of less than 150 words. Submission implies that an author will register and pay to attend the workshop to present the paper, and all clearance required for publication of the paper will be obtained by 14 February, 2014.
