Workshop Author Guidelines

Submission Deadlines and Instructions

DEADLINES:
06 November 2015: EXTENDED DEADLINE for submission of electronically contributed papers not previously published/presented.
15 January 2016: Contributors will be notified whether or not their paper has been accepted. 
15 January 2016: Deadline for submission of Poster titles and abstracts (300 words maximum).  These should be submitted using the electronic submission form for full contributed papers
12 February 2016: Authors provide the final manuscript for inclusion in the conference proceedings. These should be in the format required for the conference. See Workshop Author Guidelines above.

Poster abstracts will be published in the conference handbook and should follow the Workshop Author Guidelines above.

Submission implies that an author will register and pay to attend the conference to present the paper or poster.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
If you wish to present a Paper or Poster at our SW16 conference, you will need to do so via the Easy Chair system link  here  -   https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=sw16

Full Papers:
Submit your full paper using the Easy Chair link above. Each submission must be a 4-10 page paper, including an abstract of 150 words maximum.

Posters:
Submit your title and a brief abstract (300 words maximum), to the Easy Chair system using the link above.

If your title and abstract change after submission, please log back in to amend and re-save, remembering to note any deadline dates.

Submission implies that an author will register and pay to attend the conference to present the paper or poster.

All clearance required for publication of the paper will be obtained by 12 February 2016.
