My Contact Details
My Contact Details is part of the 'My Profile' pages, a restricted section where members can see the information held at the OR Society, and update any changes.
How does it work?
Check and if needed, alter the personal and organisation details held at the OR Society office and set categories including employment status, employment sector and job category. The following working day, the office will be informed and process any changes.
Carried over from the previous website, we still hope this is an improvement to the earlier systems. However if you can think of any further enhancements please don't hesitate to let us know and we will try and include them in the next version.
How to access My Contact Details
To edit My Contact Details, members should LOGIN AT THE TOP OF THE SCREEN. This facility is only accessible to paying members of the Society. If you are a member and do not yet have your username and password please click here. If you have forgotten your login details, please click here. Non-members who have registered with the website (e.g. as part of submitting an abstract, or booking a conference) do not have access.
Please note: Members who have successfully logged in and yet do not have access are using a restricted account. This could be due to a lapse in membership or a duplication in accounts. Please contact the society .

The Personal data we receive as a result of changes and additions you supply will be used for administering your membership, providing you with services, and other internal OR Society purposes. The OR Society does not pass personal data to other organisations, except where this is necessary to the provision of members' services.
