The outcome from this course is knowledge and skills to select appropriate analytical approaches for different problems and phases in the problem cycle, balancing the strengths and weakness of different methods used. This will aid delegates take on the responsibility of managing larger and more complex projects. Using practical examples throughout the day delegate will be able to practice selecting and defending analytical choices they make.
