Effective performance measurement is becoming increasingly important and difficult, This workshop looks at best practice in designing effective key performance indicators (KPIs) and their use in performance decision-making. The course is designed for O.R. practitioners, management consultants, analysts and managers whose job relate to performance management.

You will learn: the features of useful vs. useless KPIs; stakeholder analysis as a model for developing KPIs; the complexities of developing KPIs relating to knowledge workers and customers; leading and lagging KPIs and how they relate to and validate each other; the Dos and Don'ts in interpreting KPI related data.
