This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held online on Wednesday 29 July from 2 to 4.30pm. We encourage all members to attend and vote on the resolutions put forward. Voting can be done either by post or online before the meeting.

This year we are pleased to welcome Dr Matthew Forshaw (a Senior Advisor for Skills to The Alan Turing Institute, and a Reader in Data Science at Newcastle University), as our guest speaker. He will be speaking about 'Securing the UK's AI skills advantage: Building a resilient Data Science, OR and AI Profession'.

Matthew’s keynote will explore how the UK can strengthen its AI capabilities through skills development, professionalisation, policy, and public trust, drawing on national strategies and workforce reform.
