My Emailing Lists

My Emailing Lists is part of the 'My Profile' pages, a restricted section where members can check the information held at the OR Society, and update any changes.

How does it work?

Check and change the Special Interest Groups and Regional Societies you wish to receive occasional notices from. These emails are sent from the OR Society office on behalf of the groups, so there is no risk of being bombarded by irrelevant information. We do also provide a set of public emailing lists, where members, non-members and office staff (if requested) can send information. To join any of these lists, please see the emailing lists page.

Carried over from the previous website, we still hope this is an improvement to the earlier systems. However if you can think of any further enhancements please don't hesitate to let us know and we will try and include them in the next version.

How to access My Emailing Lists

To edit My Emailing Lists, members should LOGIN AT THE TOP OF THE SCREEN.  This facility is only accessible to paying members of the Society. If you are a member and do not yet have your username and password please click here. If you have forgotten your login details, please click here.  Non-members who have registered with the website (e.g. as part of submitting an abstract, or booking a conference) do not have access.

Please note: Members who have successfully logged in and yet do not have access are using a restricted account. This could be due to a lapse in membership or a duplication in accounts. Please contact the society .

Alternatively, if you would prefer to deal with a human being, then please feel free to email/call the membership department
