Need Space in Central Birmingham?

The current sub-lease on the office space on the top floor of the Society’s building in central Birmingham finishes at the end of March 2012, and the Society will be beginning the search for new tenants. Do you know of a small organisation of up to 10 employees looking for new accommodation? If so, this space could be ideal.
The total floor space is 1055 square feet (just under 100m2). It is currently divided into three separate offices, with a larger open plan area and a kitchen. Up to four car parking space are included. It has easy access to the motorway network and is within walking distance of Birmingham’s central railway stations.
This space, along with the Society’s training suite, can also be hired for meetings and training courses.
