Adapting Offices in response to COVID-19 & hybrid working

Abstract

This session will consider how offices are changing due to COVID-19 and how the growth of hybrid working may affect worker behaviour and performance. What data would help organisations to make better informed decisions about their future offices and working practices? How should managers decide who to bring back into offices, when, under what work patterns, and what level of office estate to retain?
