Abstract

This talk explained how EIF defines and ranks the standards of evidence for the effectiveness of interventions. Tom also showcased recent research that served to highlight how many service providers fell short of good evidence of beneficial impact and highlighted the importance to distinguish between different kinds of financial benefit.
