Building on a breakthrough in public policy design

Abstract

This document has been written to introduce the various aspects of an innovatory decision focused approach to the processes of developing public policies which originated in the work of the Institute for Operational Research in the 1960's, and has since ad significant impacts on public policies worldwide.
