How to build analytics capability and skills: the role of the people analytics specialist

Abstract

This session explored how organisations can build people analytics capability skills, both within and beyond the HR/people function. In addition to covering the organisation capabilities that are required, it also explored the new People Analytics Specialist role, as considered in the CIPD profession map. This session covered: - The People Analytics Specialist role - Team and technology capabilities required to analytics success - Emerging trends in people analytics in organisations today.
