Nov 2018	Title and abstract submission open.
01 Feb 2019	Extended Deadline for submission of full Keynote Papers and Extended Abstracts.
08 Feb 2019	Extended Deadline for submission of titles and abstracts in time to appear in the Conference Programme.
08 Feb 2019	Notification of Acceptance to be sent re Keynote Papers and Extended Abstracts.
10 Feb 2019	Draft Programme on website
13 Feb 2019	Deadline for early reduced registration fee.
14 Feb 2019	Standard registration fees apply.
15 Feb 2019	Extended Deadline for final revision of abstracts. Normally abstracts are submitted at the same time as the paper title, but there is scope for presenters to make changes up to this date.
17 Feb 2019	Draft Schedule of talks on website.
17 Feb 2019	Deadline for Registration if the abstract or paper is to be scheduled for presentation. Thereby ensuring their talk will appear in the final programme. At least one author per presentation must book and pay for a place at the conference by 17 Feb 2019. The conference committee reserve the right to exclude papers if bookings are not made by this date.
03 Mar 2019	Stream organisers to arrange session Chairs and outline their duties. This can be one of the presenters in each session.
09 Apr 2019	Pre-conference evening
10 Apr 2019	Conference starts
11 April 2019	Conference ends

Presenters

It is not compulsory to produce a full paper in order to present at the conference. Please find below Information for Presenters. This should also be read by Stream Organisers.

Poster Presentations

Remember to :

Submit a Title and Abstract (150 words max.) to the Poster Presentations stream.
Deadline for submission of title and abstract is no later than 15 February 2019 - please note: the reduced registration rate is only available up to 13 February 2019.

When your poster has been ‘Accepted’, register and pay online to attend and present your Poster.
Be sure to bring a printed copy of your poster and poster fasteners (such as Velcro) with you to the conference.
If you wish to take your poster home, bring something that you can carry it in.

Keynote Speakers

LaTex

Keynote authors wishing to use LaTex to submit their full paper or extended abstract, should download the .zip file below and use its contents to create a .pdf that they then email to the New to OR 2019 Keynote Editor, Ahmed Kheiri at: [email protected].

The OR Society is unable to pay for Keynote speakers to attend the conference.
