ICP Support: Impact Assessment Framework

3X2 Ppt (2)

Project summary

To develop an assessment framework of the financial, economic and health impacts of ICP Support’s charitable work to support funding bids.

How will this project benefit the organisation?

ICP Support is a small charity with a big reach – it is the world-leading and singular charity that focuses solely on ICP. Developing this framework would allow the organisation to plan for monitoring and evaluation of its work to show impact to its beneficiaries and well as attract funding.

This project considers topics around stillbirth and miscarriage so you may wish not to read further if these are sensitive or emotive topics for you.

Project description

ICP Support works with those experiencing Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy (ICP) and health practitioners to raise awareness of the condition and promote research into it.

The aim of this project would be to develop an impact assessment framework, such as a theory of change model (inputs, processes, outputs, outcomes and impact), that the charity can then use to determine what data it needs to collect and measure to be able to demonstrate impact to funders. The framework would be developed by engaging with the CEO, staff, volunteers and Board of Trustees.
