Analysis of donor profile data to improve the efficacy of marketing communications and enable life-changing healthcare projects.

How will this project benefit the organisation?  

A better understanding of RUHX’s supporters will allow them to more accurately use marketing spend to recruit and retain donors, ultimately allowing for growth of the charity.

Project description

RUHX – the official NHS charity of the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust – work to improve the health, happiness, and wellbeing of everyone in Bath and beyond, from cutting-edge Robotic surgery to zen Wellbeing Gardens. This is all made possible thanks to generous donor contributions.

RUHX need your help to analyse a dataset of 25,000 supporters to understand how they can better communicate with their donor network to continue their great work.

They would like a comprehensive report that extracts valuable insights from the data to give them a better understanding of their core donor profiles, including but not limited to: age, gender, geographical location, and donation history.

Your support will help RUHX to do more with less, allowing them to spend more efficiently on their donor marketing activities, while freeing up additional funds (and attracting new ones) for important healthcare projects.

Experience in data analysis and effective communication of insights is required. While not mandatory, having prior exposure to marketing data or familiarity with data protection would be advantageous.
