Abstract

The core of this talk is a case study about environmental screening. -the leading process consultant roles of OR in the design and development of a new business process to eliminate “so called “ ECGD reputational risk -OR contributions to the negotiation of wider consensus about its appropriateness. This is a revised version of a talk first given at the Government OR Service conference in June 2000.
