What can I say; The Science of Better, The Heart of Analytics, using modelling to solve real world problems. What a union of operational researchers, mathematicians, statisticians, data scientists and more from academia and industry! The Operational Research Society Annual Conferences is a festival not to be missed and definitely to be enjoyed. One of my very first ones, gave me great ideas to feed into my PhD. Finally, and not least, let’s not forget, the Operational Research Society HQ is in the great city of BRUM!
