Conference Fees

The standard delegate registration fee includes attendance at all conference sessions including lunch, mid-session teas and coffees and a copy of the Conference Handbook.

Student registration fees are for student members of The OR Society. Students who are not yet members of The OR Society can join the Society for free. Students who join by the deadline of 01 August 2019, can take advantage of the reduced conference rates.

Retired members of The OR Society enjoy the same low rates as student members, however, please be aware that there are a limited number of places available.

Accommodation and evening meals are not included in the registration fees.

Accommodation Information and Rates

The online booking and payment facility is open and accommodation, evening meals and social events can be booked and paid for at the same time as booking and paying for your registration above.

Accommodation:

All accommodation will be on the University of Kent campus in the halls of residence. All rooms are ensuite.

Prices are for Bed and Breakfast only:
Single Occupancy	£44.00 + VAT = per room per night (x1 person)
Single Occupancy Double Bed	£61.00 + VAT = per room per night (x1 person)
Double Occupancy	£69.00 + VAT = per room per night (x2 people)

Evening Meals:

Evening Meal Mon 2 and Tue 3 Sept: £12.70 + VAT per person per night.
Gala Dinner on Wednesday 4 Sept: £30.00 + VAT per person

Please note that evening meals cancelled after 1 August are not refundable.

Refreshments and meals for non-delegates or those not requiring accommodation are charged as applicable: Tea & Coffee £2.75 + VAT per cup assumed to be x3 per day = £8.25 + VAT. Breakfast £11.00 + VAT. Lunch £16.00 + VAT. Evening meal £20 + VAT. (These may be subject to change.)

Parking on campus

Free parking permits can be provided however parking on campus can be very busy at times so even though permits are provided, the university cannot guarantee that there will be spaces. They recommend that delegates use public transport or car share where possible.
