EPSRC conducts community engagement in review of doctoral education

EPSRC is hosting four community engagement events to collect evidence in support of its review of doctoral education:

• Cardiff, 12 March 2020
• Birmingham, 17 March 2020
• Manchester, 25 March 2020
• London, 21 April 2020

The review is considering what outcomes in terms of knowledge, experience and skills should be supported through EPSRC doctoral training investments. The EPSRC wants to check that the experiences provided by the doctoral education it supports enable the recipient to acquire the skills required for their proposed career. The EPSRC also wants to ensure that the landscape is adaptable to changes in future 'skills needs'.
